MEASURABLE OUTCOMES
+ Over 200 antepartum and Labor & Delivery (L&D) nurses in St. Luke’s Health System completed education and assessment in fetal monitoring using Relias OB.
+ Over 500 antepartum, L&D, and postpartum nurses completed education in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and obstetric and postpartum hemorrhage using Relias OB.
+ Overall, St. Luke’s nurses achieved an 18% improvement in assessment for hemorrhage, a 16% improvement in assessment for hypertensive disorders, and a 15% improvement in the overall assessment of fetal monitoring (with 20% improvement in knowledge and 22% improvement in judgment) over four years.
