Dartmouth Health Leverages Assessments and Education to Improve Patient Safety With Relias

During the summer of 2018, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics (D-H) launched a pilot program to help resolve knowledge gaps identified for new nursing graduates. nurses new to service line, transferring nurses, and traveling RNs.

To help enable the organization’s success, D-H used Relias Assessments to provide insights to identify specific knowledge gaps so education could be developed to accurately address those gaps.
