Diversity, equity, and inclusion are not limited to our Relias culture. As an education-technology company, these values are also interwoven into our products and services.

Inclusive care

From how to better serve LGBTQ individuals to addressing social determinants of health to improving communication with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Relias helps educate professionals about how to improve care for marginalized populations.

Promoting diversity

Understanding concepts such as cultural competency helps us improve care delivery and patient outcomes, as well as promote inclusive care settings. These factors lead to better health equity, which is why Relias includes diversity training in all the learning packages we offer clients.

Accessible education

In addition to developing software solutions for healthcare providers, Relias also maintains a library of more than 7,000 online courses, all of which focus on meeting or exceeding ADA and WCAG 2.0 standards of accessibility.
