We’re constantly working to make Relias a place where employees of all abilities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, identities, race, age, or creed can feel free to bring their authentic selves to work every day.

We’re continuing to recruit, retain, and promote people whose identities are underrepresented at Relias. We are on track with our multi-year journey to amplify our inclusive culture and ensure that representation and inclusive behaviors are a part of everything we do.

We’re supporting, uplifting, and expanding our Employee Resource Groups.

Employee resource groups (ERGs) present an opportunity for employees to feel connected and get involved – this is where inclusion begins. ERGs also provide a vehicle for team members to gain critical skills, contribute to unique insights on business objectives, and become part of a sustainable community.
