Relias Press Room Relias Learning Expands Executive Leadership Team with Hires of Teresa Jamison and Deb Woods Published: March 15, 2017 In further moves to optimize growth strategy, Alex Osadzinski named CMO and Russ Jenkins named Vice President of Integrations CARY, NC, March 14, 2017 – Relias Learning, a trusted partner in online analytics, assessments, and learning for the healthcare market, today announced the addition of Teresa Jamison as Vice President, Client Care, and Deb Woods as Vice President, Product Management. In addition, the company also announced Alex Osadzinski, formerly Managing Director, Global Operations, as Chief Marketing Officer, and Russ Jenkins, formerly Vice President, eCommerce Solutions, as Vice President, Integrations. The moves, effective immediately, continue Relias’ aggressive growth which has seen the company add 50 employees since the start of 2017, bringing total head count to 583. In July of 2016, Relias announced its commitment to add 450 employees in its Cary, NC headquarters by the end of 2019. Teresa Jamison comes to Relias from SciQuest, where she served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations across several departments as well as integrating the operations of four acquisitions. Her experience in the healthcare industry includes serving as Area Vice President Professional Services at Allscripts. Jamison is a graduate of Western Carolina University where she received a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education. Jamison will oversee the 100-plus Client Success team which manages implementation services, support, adoption, client advocacy and retention. Deb Woods is a veteran of Nortel Networks, Red Hat and Dude Solutions among others, holding various Product Management leadership positions. At Relias, she’ll oversee the company’s product vision, roadmap, and roll-outs. Woods graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. “As Relias continues to grow, it’s important that we add team members with experience scaling businesses through dynamic growth periods, and this is an attribute that both Teresa and Deb possess,” explained Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias Learning. “The new assignments for Alex and Russ move top talent into areas of need, providing them even greater opportunity to contribute to our strategic goals.” Alex Osadzinski joined Relias in January of 2016 as Managing Director, Global Operations. In that role, he oversaw the launch of the company in China, the UK and Germany, including the company’s recent acquisition of Germany-based spm. Russ Jenkins has been with Relias since December 2014, when he joined as Director of Professional Services. He moved into the role of Vice President, eCommerce Solutions in September 2015.
