Seramount Honors Relias in 100 Best Companies List for Sixth Consecutive Year

Recognition follows expansion of company benefits supporting working parents and caregivers

While many companies are reducing employee benefits, Relias has enhanced several family benefits since the beginning of 2025 as part of the company’s continued investment in its employees. These updates include increasing base paid parental leave to 10 weeks for all parents, which brings total leave for birth mothers to 10-14 weeks, as well as extending phase-back leave for new parents and introducing new paid caregiver leave.
