Success Story

Relias Supports Columbia Basin Health Association’s Learning Culture

Columbia Basin Health Association (CBHA) was founded in 1971 in the rural community of Othello, Washington. A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Migrant Health center, CBHA provides its community with medical, dental, eye care, pharmacology, behavioral health, community outreach, and school-based services. Over the past five decades, CBHA has grown to 450 employees, whose mission is to provide equal access to quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of age, sex, race, ethnicity, or the ability to pay.

To better serve its community and staff members, CBHA wanted to create a culture of learning for staff by offering opportunities at every stage of the employee journey.
