Addition of more than 90 palliative care courses to Relias’ content library will support team-based care approach to improve patients’ quality of life
CARY, NC – Relias Learning, the leader in online training for specialized staff, announced today that it has added more than 90 palliative care courses to its library. The courses, added after the acquisition of the Hospice Education Network (HEN), focus on patient-centered care and improving services for palliative care providers — those who help patients living with life-threatening illnesses.
Relias’ content is developed, written and facilitated by national experts in the field with different courses for each level of care provider. The new palliative care courses include exclusive content provided by the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) and provide nurses, therapists, home health aides and hospice volunteers with the most comprehensive content library in the market.

To further support customers utilizing its training libraries, Relias Learning’s learning management system (LMS) provides them with a solution to automate, manage and track their training. Tracking compliance on the LMS also allows management and administrators to determine if staff is meeting CMS, Joint Commission and CHAP accreditation, as well as other regulatory standards.
