Relias Learning Expands Management Team to Support Continued Growth

Promotion and new hires position company for continued growth while maintaining standards of excellence for customer service.

CARY, NC, August 23, 2013

To prepare for additional growth and increasing market demand for online learning solutions, Relias Learning has expanded its management team by adding three new executives. Eric Masters – Vice President of Marketing, and Jenny Roberts – Vice President of Client Care, join Relias Learning with impressive backgrounds and bring a wealth of knowledge to their respective positions. Relias is also promoting from within; appointing Ben Johnson, former Vice President of Engineering, to the Vice President of Products.

Eric Masters joins Relias Learning with over 15 years of experience driving top-line business growth and overall brand awareness. Previously the Vice President of Marketing for CareAnyware, a company in the homecare EMR market, Eric has extensive experience as a B2B marketer for healthcare and also spent 10 years in various marketing and leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, one of the preeminent marketing organizations in the world. Eric holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jenny Roberts joins Relias with her almost 15 years of leadership experience in customer service. Her career has included positions with Pfizer, Eaton Corporation, and Lowe’s. A graduate from Meredith College with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Jenny will be working with the Client Care team to ensure Relias Learning maintains and enhances the personal and caring service that has been a hallmark of the companies that formed Relias for the past decade.

Ben Johnson, formerly the Vice President of Engineering, moves in to the role of Vice President of Products with Relias Learning, where he will oversee the creation of all course content and software. He has been an integral part of the organization for six years and previously served in a product management role with Essential Learning, one of the founding companies of Relias.

“Relias has more than doubled in the past year. We now serve over 3,500 clients with over 1.7 million learners taking more than 1 million online training courses every month! Still, only a small fraction of the market is taking advantage of online learning,” says Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias Learning. “We see tremendous growth in the years ahead and it’s critical that Relias has the leadership team to steer the company through this time of expansion. Eric, Jenny, and Ben bring a wealth of industry expertise and a passion for helping people. We are thrilled to have them on our leadership team.”
