Recruitment, Retention, and Robust Pipeline Development

Relias recently partnered with the American Hospital Association (AHA) to create a report on the 2023 Health Care Workforce Scan which examined the current state of the healthcare workforce with a deep dive into employment challenges across U.S. hospitals and health systems.

According to the AHA Workforce Scan, the average hospital has turned over about 90% of its workforce since 2016. These inadequate staffing levels increase the competition for hospital labor and can affect the quality of patient care.
