Moral Injury in Public Safety

As a public safety professional, you train regularly for the physical threats you face. Less training is offered for the covert and devastating psychological risks of the job. Moral injury is one of these risks. In this course, you will learn how moral injury develops. You will examine why those in public safety are at higher risk for experiencing it and explore proven tactics to prevent and interrupt moral injury. This course was developed in partnership with the California School for Forensic Studies at Alliant International University.
