This presentation discusses the current healthcare and academic work environments and the potential impact of meaningful recognition on nursing faculty. Staff members from two nursing colleges discuss their experiences with meaningful recognition of nursing faculty and preliminary results from a collaborative study focused on the impact of meaningful recognition with the DAISY Award for nursing faculty.
