About This Webinar

Easterseals Michigan embarked on a journey to transform services, supports and outcomes for individuals of all ages with mental health, addiction and comorbid medical conditions. This journey has spanned five years with two SAMHSA CCBHC grants and now embarking on a state wide demonstration project. During this session, we will cover CCBHC requirements, lessons learned for application, implementation and evaluation and celebrations.
