We asked four employees across different departments to share what work looks and feels like at Relias, from the small wins to the big growth moments. Here’s what they had to say. 

What keeps you motivated or inspired at work?

How would you describe your team culture? 

“Simply put — we’ve got each other’s backs. Support is part of our team’s DNA. It’s a space where care and collaboration go hand in hand.” — Jessie 

“Whether it’s jumping in to meet deadlines, offering encouragement, or learning from failure, we grow together. I try to support my engineers the way I’ve been supported.” — Malia 

“I thrive on energy from my peers, and I love events that bring us together — Innovation Days, Happy Hours, you name it.” — Jonathan 

What’s a small win that made you proud recently? 

“I recently worked with an overwhelmed administrator to help her streamline care delivery. She thanked me for focusing on her needs rather than just pushing a sale — and that really meant something.” — Sean 

“I was shocked to receive the MVP award at Relias Kickoff! Knowing that my colleagues think highly of me means more than any KPI.” — Jonathan 

How do you recharge during the day? 

“I love listening to music or stepping outside to appreciate nature — it helps me reset and refocus.” — Sean 

“321 Coffee pastries and a Coke Zero Vanilla refill usually do the trick — and saying hi to coworkers while I walk around!” — Jonathan
