Private equity investors are in the market for acquiring ABA providers. While mergers and acquisitions in other fields of behavioral health have slowed, autism-related service providers are still in demand.

What does this high investor interest mean for small and mid-sized ABA providers? Ronit Molko, Ph.D., BCBA-D, has experience from both the provider side and the investor side of mergers and acquisitions. She co-founded Autism Spectrum Therapies, which she sold to a private equity-backed buyer in 2014.
