Navigate to your healthcare sector below to see a sample of just a few of our libraries.
The acute care libraries provide compliance, regulatory-driven and clinical courses across departments targeted toward Level III, IV and V hospitals, community health centers and other settings. Also included are a series of courses on preventing, identifying, and managing the conditions that most commonly trigger readmission, including “rapid review” courses that demonstrate the assessments and procedural care techniques needed.
The post-acute care libraries are customized for staff working with seniors, rehabilitation patients, and those in need of end of life care. The courses are developed in consultation with subject matter experts and include curricula for licensed professional staff such as nurses and allied health professionals with more than 200 course hours accredited to meet continuing education and compliance needs. By applying adult learning principles, these interactive courses are designed to promote comprehension and help improve outcomes.
The behavioral health libraries are designed to meet the training needs of human services organizations in areas such as behavioral and mental health, addiction treatment, child welfare, community based children’s programs and a wide array of other human services organizations. Relias partners with industry leaders to assure the delivery of online course content that reflects industry best practices and helps organizations meet the changing demands of compliance, continuing education and workforce development.
This library offers high quality, interactive courses designed for staff working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. The courses are developed in consultation with national experts. The library includes a curriculum for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with more than 200 course hours accredited to meet credentialing through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP).
The ABA library includes evidence-based, engaging courses specifically designed to meet the training needs of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other professionals working with individuals with autism in service provider agencies, schools and universities.
These courses are tailored to improve your providers’ performance metrics and benchmarks to reduce variation in both cost and care. Professionals from care coordinators to physician’s assistants, RNs and MDs, can access a set of courses that were created by clinical experts to reinforce best care practices. The library includes social health factors (such as the Social Determinants of Health), chronic disease management and integrated care content to improve success under value-based contracts.
Relias Learning offers the largest library of online courses for professionals who work in adult corrections, community corrections, and law enforcement. Our courses are designed to engage learners through an interactive learning environment and written by corrections professionals with expertise in their course subject areas. Each course is self-paced and includes a final exam; certificates may be printed upon successful completion of the course.
