Track Your Learners and Increase Retention McClendon Center serves the needs of adults diagnosed with serious mental illness through our Core Services Agency, Day Program and other services. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization based in Washington, DC and serve over 2,500 clients annually. Services provided include: psycho-social therapy, medication management, overall health management, counseling, group sessions, and housing support to people suffering from mental illness. McClendon Center’s mission is to prepare people recovering from mental illness to improve their quality of life. They believe their clients deserve the highest quality services, compassion, and respect. “One of the problems we were having with our old training system is that folks didn’t really retain the information. They would sign off that they completed it, but we couldn’t tell that they completed it. It was also hard to track.”
