New workforce tools help customers develop and retain staff through performance tracking, growing skills, and managing policies and procedures.

The three tools are the Skills Checklist, Competency Tracker and Policies and Procedures.

Competency Tracker and Skills Checklist will help organizations improve employee performance and aligning performance with the healthcare outcomes of the people they serve. The tools allow providers to measure, track and benchmark staff proficiency to gauge progress and demonstrate mastery of job-related tasks. Both tools are mobile friendly, making it convenient for employees working offsite.

Policies and Procedures helps customers reduce risk and maintain compliance with key policies by letting customers upload, assign, review and report on policies and procedures within the learning management system. It also includes version control—the ability to update and approve existing policies while keeping track of each version, making training and reporting of their policies and procedures centralized and more convenient for the organizations.
