New hire supports Relias Learning’s continued growth and development plans.
CARY, NC, February 27, 2015 – Relias Learning, the leader in online training and compliance solutions for the health and human services market, signaled its plans for continued growth with the announcement that Jodi Budnick has joined the company as Vice President, People & Organizational Development.
Ms. Budnick brings more than 18 years of talent management experience including training, organization development, employee relations, performance management and recruitment. Previously she was a Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago, where she led the Talent Management function for all business units including digital, advertising, public relations, direct and media.

Budnick received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies. She then received an MA in Counseling Psychology from Marist College and an MS in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
