Leading research and advisory firm recognizes healthcare workforce enablement solutions company among competitive field of entries
Relias, the trusted education and workforce enablement partner to more than 11,000 healthcare and human service organizations, announced today that it has received the 2023 Excellence in Organization Convergence STAR Award by the Technology and Services Industry Association (TSIA), leading research and advisory firm for technology services.
Selected by an advisory board of industry experts, the STAR Awards are one of the highest honors in the technology and services industry. For more than 30 years, these awards have recognized innovative work by leading companies from across the technology industry.
“Every year, the STAR Award advisory board of industry experts evaluates technology companies demonstrating real-world excellence and innovation to provide the best value for their customers and lead the industry forward,” said JB Wood, President and CEO of TSIA. “And the best of those companies are recognized with the TSIA STAR Awards. Congratulations to Relias for their recognition as a 2023 STAR Award recipient.”
As Relias has expanded into new markets and experienced rapid growth, it decided to pivot to a more product-led, customer-centric organization. These efforts required intentional collaboration between various teams from disparate areas across the entire business to create several new initiatives. A newly revamped Voice of Customer program was among these.
Relias’ new and improved Voice of Customer program married both market and customer intelligence efforts to analyze hundreds of thousands of data points showing performance across its entire customer base. These customer-centric initiatives have resulted in higher customer satisfaction rates.
“We took a focused, measured look at our processes and to what extent we could improve serving the needs of our customer base,” said Kay Krafft, Chief Executive Officer at Relias. “Fully committing on product innovation and the value delivered to our customers has gone a long way in fostering greater loyalty and awareness of the Relias brand and what we offer.”
Part of Relias’ customer-focused and collaborative initiatives involved bringing Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams and resources closer together to develop a robust, go-to-market process. These improvements have helped align resources and talent to execute overall product strategies more easily and efficiently.
“There’s such a wealth of talent and determination here at Relias, and it’s so inspiring to see what happens when we all unite under a shared goal,” said Candace Wallace, Chief Customer Officer at Relias. “Marketing, sales, product, client care — everyone came together with a customer-first mindset that bore real fruit. We’ve been able to introduce new products, enhance product offerings faster, and attract new market opportunities. And we’re honored to be recognized in a crowded field alongside so many great companies. But it’s the feedback we’re getting from our customers that really keeps us motivated to stay the course and keep finding new ways to meet their needs.”
