Relias Wins 2024 Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health

Company recognized for policies that support employee mental health and well-being

Relias announced today that it has been awarded a 2024 Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA). Relias, the trusted education and workforce enablement partner to 12,000 healthcare and human services organizations and 4.5 million caregivers, continues to advocate for the mental health and well-being of its clients as well as the company’s employee base of over 1,000.

The Bell Seal is a first-of-its-kind workplace mental health certification recognizing employers striving to create mentally healthy workplaces for their employees.

After decades of researching mental health in the workplace, MHA introduced the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health in 2019 to recognize companies and organizations that understand the value of addressing mental health at work and implement policies and practices that support employee well-being. Relias underwent a rigorous evaluation in four areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. Only 1 in 4 employers meet the standards for Bell Seal certification, and Relias scored significantly higher than average, receiving gold-level recognition.
