Through the partnership, supervisors can align training with real-time insights, such as when patient temperatures are rising in a common unit, which may indicate an infection control issue, and then provide the essential training to help front-line workers respond. It can also help nurses with their daily workflow by clinically prioritizing patients who are high-risk and providing live, post-acute analytics into trending readmission diagnosis – guiding them to a brief, on-demand training addressing proper procedures to improve patient care.
