Healthcare technology company recognized as a top place to work for parents for second year in a row

This is Relias’ second consecutive year appearing on Seramount’s 100 Best Companies list. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Relias has offered many free online resources not only for customers to improve training and mitigate pandemic aftereffects but also webinars for parents around mental health and crisis training.

As a new father of twins, Vince has firsthand experience with the challenge of balancing professional obligations and the demands of parenthood. After a few complications early in his wife’s pregnancy, it was deemed high-risk, requiring a long hospital stay and many hospital trips after the twins’ birth. During this stressful time, it was important that Vince had a supportive workplace that enabled flexibility and allowed him time to be with his family.
This year, Seramount accepted applications across industries including finance, technology, insurance, retail, and pharma, examining benefits, childcare, leave policies, flexibility, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement.
