New foundational aide-level training for home health and home care agencies is now available in six languages.

This new offering from Relias is now the largest of its kind.
The caregiver courses span fundamental job training, compliance training, and point-of-care microlearning and have been well-received with more than 17,000 courses completed since launch.
This comprehensive course library will help improve aide retention and recruitment efforts — which are crucial considering the current high turnover rates in home-based care — and drive new referrals and improve patient satisfaction scores. The new courses will equip caregivers with the necessary skills to assist patients and clients with activities of daily living, provide care for different diseases and conditions, comprehend basic infection control protocol, plan for grocery shopping trips and meal preparation, and perform housekeeping activities.
This aide-level training is fully translated, including all text, audio, video, and video subtitles and is available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Filipino, Russian, and Chinese. With more than 200 short, simple courses covering a variety of topics, caregivers and home health aides can complete each lesson in their native language in less than 10 minutes.
