Jennifer Moore, RN, GERO-BC, CDP, WCC, is the Vice President of Curriculum Design & Research at Relias. She leads a team of subject matter experts responsible for developing education and performance solutions that strengthen workforce competence and elevate care quality across the healthcare continuum. With over twenty years of experience in healthcare and education, Moore draws on her clinical background to guide curriculum development grounded in research, relevance, and real-world application. Her leadership emphasizes learning that is both effective and enduring — education that helps organizations meet standards, close skill gaps, and improve outcomes. Before joining Relias, Moore held clinical and operational leadership roles, including Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, and Director of Quality Assurance. That firsthand experience continues to shape her commitment to aligning education with everyday practice and performance.
