As a Manager of Client Success at Relias, Bill brings 10+ years of successful operations, sales/account management, recruitment, and ICU nursing experience to the organization. In his role, Bill works collectively with fellow Relias subject matter experts and external partners to help clients meet their patient safety goals and supports their high reliability journey. As a former nurse manager and current nurse, Bill continues to be a strong advocate for patient's rights, strives to support families in times of need, and makes an impact on the frontline while continuing to remain well-informed of today’s healthcare environment and challenges.
