Multi-touch adaptive solution to improve staff and organizational performance
CARY, NC, May 31, 2017 – Relias Learning, a trusted partner in online analytics, assessments, and learning for the healthcare market, today announced the launch of Relias PATHS™, a first-of-its-kind solution designed to assess and improve staff competency in key areas that influence quality outcomes for healthcare organizations. PATHS was developed by a Relias interdisciplinary team consisting of medical doctors, Ph.D. psychologists, nurse practitioners, Registered Nurses (RNs), Board Certified Behavioral Analyst – Doctoral, industry experts, and instructional design experts to bring best-in-class prescriptive learning to meet organizations’ needs.
Initially, PATHS will focus on learning and assessments, with the incorporation of analytics in upcoming phased roll-outs, to address several challenges faced by healthcare industry executives, including reimbursement optimization, staff training and development, and improved client and patient outcomes. PATHS addresses these issues through multi-touch, blended learning plans developed for individual caregivers across the continuum of care. In future releases, PATHS training plans will be both customized and adaptive, providing a level of personalization designed to increase engagement and proficiency.
PATHS focus on common competency gaps and specific behavior change through a variety of tools and learning principles, including interactive eLearning, instructor led training, brief reviews, simulations, competency trackers, and just-in-time refreshers using the spaced delivery of Relias BrainSparks®. They are designed to improve staff competency deficiencies directly linked to clinical shortcomings that pose a risk for organizations and their clients.
“PATHS is truly a revolutionary approach to using analytics and assessments to develop highly targeted training plans. This approach will allow our clients to improve patient outcomes and reimbursements.,” said Jim Triandiflou, CEO of Relias. “In the world of value-based payments, healthy patients mean higher reimbursements. PATHS use analytics and assessments to create a laser focus on improving outcomes that drive reimbursements.”
PATHS will be available starting July 20, 2017 for Health and Human Services, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behavior Analysis, Post-Acute Care and Public Safety organizations.
