While dominated by the baby boomer generation in the past, 2015 marked the year the millennials became the majority in the workforce. 3 years later, generation Z is on their heels. How then, do we keep our current employees as long as possible, while still attracting new talent? More than ever, now is the time to evaluate the requirements of the multigenerational workforce and implement strategies that appeal to all generations.
