Session Description:
As healthcare continues to evolve, providers and executives must adapt to changing business models and value-based care standards that demand continuous improvement efforts. Aligning entire organizations to strategic system goals is a difficult but necessary task: Data and care siloes only add to the complexity of achieving this alignment. In this session we will discuss how transparency and accountability allow health systems to accelerate their performance improvement, resulting in less variation in care and more predicable financial outcomes. We will showcase an example where one hospital adopted this model and has successfully achieved a consistent and aligned process for achieving their clinical strategy through data driven performance management.

Certificates will be emailed to attendee within 30 days post-conference
