This session will describe a nonprofit organization’s reinvention of its approach to developing the leadership skills of its management team. The process began with a survey of the current organizational environment to identify specific areas of need while developing the annual curriculum. Each topic includes an online pretest, a traditional classroom model, a post test and a supportive evaluation of how well the concepts taught are implemented by the learners “on the job”. We will describe this hybrid training model in detail and review its impact on both the performance of our management team members and the organization as a whole.
