This session will provide a step-by-step process for establishing and managing a comprehensive training program. This method will work for a single location or dozens of locations spread across numerous states. Attendees will learn how to construct an interactive training calendar and use it to manage an annual training program that satisfies both federal and state-specific training requirements. Both instructor-led sessions and online courses will be tracked via the training calendar and course completions documented on the Relias LMS. This means that if an auditor stops in, you need only to print a simple report to document your entire training program.
