What’s In It For Me? Creating Training That Sticks

October 3

2:30 PM - 3:20 PM

CE Track 1

CE Session

Estimated employee training costs in 2014 were upwards of $61 billion. Are you getting the most out of your training dollars? Are your employees engaged in training activities or just going through the motions? How do you prevent “in one ear and out the other” training syndrome?

In this interactive session, find out how to create learning stickiness, practice your design skills and get real-time feedback. You’ll come away knowing how to leverage adult learning principles and proven instructional design techniques to create training that truly affects outcomes. Translate those training dollars into a change in employee behavior!
