In a 24-hour crisis contact center, scheduling time for training and professional development can be cumbersome. By utilizing Relias as Crisis Response Network’s (CRN) Learning Management System (LMS) we have managed our contractual and accreditory obligations, and also kept employees up to date with policies, procedural changes and provide free CEU’s for their licensure renewal! We have transformed our process from excel training tracking to utilizing Relias’ maximum potential; in doing so, we have remained at 100% compliance for the past two years with our funders and accrediting entities.
In this session, CRN will share their experience and journey to improve compliance and deliver outcomes. CRN employees will also share the impact of online learning in their professional role. This presentation will cover utilizing a communication plan and engaging department leaders to assist with your compliance, reviewing strategies to implement required external and internal trainings and transitioning employees to a world of virtual training with stellar outcomes.
